Preliminary Steps:

• Start by contacting us by email at acclaimconstruction.net with the scope of your project.
• James will reply to get more info about your project, your timing, and he’ll answer any other questions you may have. Questions for you to consider: 
  • Have you ever done a renovation before?
  • Do you need the project financed? 
• We’ll schedule a time to meet with with you to determine whether it is a fit for us to work together. If it’s a good fit, we’ll follow the next steps.

Steps After Acceptance:

• When you are happy with the proposal, you may authorize it by returning a signed copy to us.
• Project Management: We will manage the project to minimize disruptions as much as possible. 

• Additions: If your project involves the addition of a room or 2nd story, we’ll discuss the role an architect can play.
• Design: If you know exactly what you want, we may be able to perform the work based on sketches.
• Materials: We can acquire materials from all of the major manufacturers of cabinetry and other home remodeling companies. 
• Custom Built: You will also have the option of custom cabinets and trim work, built to your exact specifications.
• Proposal: We will formulate a written proposal based on the concepts we have discussed.
